The London convention brings together universities and colleges within the UCAS scheme to inform and guide prospective students. The event plays a vital part in helping applicants decide about what and where to study within higher education in the UK. Other exhibitors include further education colleges, Connexions, GAP Year organisations, student support services, professional bodies, student travel firms, student finance and lots more. The convention also has an extensive seminar programme covering topics such as ’Grants and Loans’, ‘Taking a year out’, ‘How to fill in your UCAS Form’ and ‘Studying outside of London’. Entrance free of charge; tickets are not required. Individuals can just turn up. Any parties of 10 people or more must register in advance via the website.
